Manoj Bajpai feels that he cannot advise wannabes because most of them want to ape the likes of Shahrukh Khan or Salman Khan and his suggestions would fall on deaf years.
"I don't think anyone wants to become Manoj Bajpai, everyone wants to become Shahrukh, Salman and any message from me to them will be of no value," said Manoj when he was asked what message would he like to give to youngsters who look up to him?
"But I'll just say whatever you do, do it honestly. Even if you want to become Shahrukh, Salman, Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Aamir Khan, you have to work hard," he added.
Known as one of the finest actors in filmdom, the 43-year-old carved a niche for himself with his performances in Satya, Shool, Zubeidaa, Pinjar and recently released Gangs of Wasseypur.
His next is Prakash Jha's Chakravyuh and will see him as a Maoist, and the actor is all praise for the film.
"It's a good film... Prakash Jha is one director whose films don't just have songs and dance, but they also have a strong storyline, strong performances, and good camera work. It's a wholesome experience. It's not just entertainment, but you also become aware about that subject," Manoj said.
